The computer is necessary for work with a site of electronic scientific journal with connection to a network the Internet, and also one of recommended browsers:

Mozilla Firefox versions 1.5 or above; Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or above; Opera versions 7.0 or above.
For viewing and a press of publications in format PDF use of software product Adobe Acrobat Reader of version 8.0 or above is recommended.
