Technologies of distance learning as an innovation in the course of implementation of educational standards of new generation

Abstract: 

In this article distance learning as innovative technology of implementation of federal state educational standards of higher education is considered. Article purpose – to reveal advantages of distance learning in comparison with traditional and to characterize the reasons of insufficient application it in practical activities. In article the main lines of technology of distance learning and the reason of slow introduction in educational process of Russia that is connected with imperfection of standard and legal base, the insufficient funding, insufficient training of teachers of distance learning, with lack of protection of copyright and identifications of the being trained reveal. For the purpose of elimination of the opened contradictions the most actual forms (the heuristic Olympic Games, projects of creative type, remote courses, scientific researches), methods (the mutual training, the individualized teaching and the doctrine, a material statement without active and with active participation being trained, problem and research projects) and means (books, audio and educational and information materials, laboratory practical works, didactic materials), so necessary for practical application in educational process of technology of distance learning are considered. The conclusions proposing the solution of a successful exit from the designated problem, and the recommendation about introduction of technology of distance learning in educational institutions are in summary drawn.
