To the question on creation of the innovative environment for productive training
The author considers pedagogical conditions of creation of the innovative environment in professional school for efficiency of training. The special attention is paid to organizational components of environment: to creation of problem groups on development programs of several levels, to diagnostics of personal self-determination of pupils, carrying out of seminars, conferences on representation of innovative experience. Creation of the educational environment at training in professional school is one of pedagogical conditions of the innovative environment in the course of training pupils
