Information and educational environment for the continuous development of intellectual and innovative potential of personnel: Assessment of flexibility and adaptability factors
2 Tomsk Polytechnic University Yurga Institute of Technology
Introduction. In the context of the rapid digital transformation of the economy and the obsolescence of professional knowledge, developing the intellectual and innovative potential of personnel is becoming a central task of corporate management. Ensuring continuous professional growth and maintaining the intellectual and innovative potential of personnel requires a dynamic, adaptive, and flexible information and educational environment capable of responding to changes in the external and internal business environment. The aim of this article is to identify the characteristics of an information and educational environment for the continuous development of the intellectual and innovative potential of personnel by assessing the factors that contribute to its flexibility and adaptability
Materials and Methods. The methodological basis is the integration of student-centered, activity-based, and environmental approaches. Employees of enterprises in the Kemerovo Region and faculty from the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University participated in the surveys.
Results. At the theoretical stage, a problem-analytical synthesis of scholarly literature was conducted. The study identified and empirically validated four key factors in the effectiveness of an information and educational environment: technological infrastructure, pedagogical adaptability, dynamic personalization, and contextual relevance. The study confirmed the validity of the proposed system of factors and allowed for the determination of their hierarchy.
Conclusions. The study identified key features of the information and educational environment for continuous personnel development. The proposed systematization of factors creates a scientific basis for the further design of flexible educational environments that enable the formation of a sustainable competitive advantage for organizations through the targeted development of the intellectual and innovative potential of personnel.
