Features of the implementation of an effective contract in the system of higher education
The article is devoted to the problem associated with the peculiarities of labour relations in the higher education system with the introduction of a new form of employment agreement – the effective contract. The main purpose of the publication is to describe the problems of implementing an effective contract in labour relations and mechanisms of their solution in the certain Pedagogical University. To achieve this purpose the analysis of appropriate legal documentation and experience in implementing the tools for effective contract universities, designing the form and content of the employment contract, indicators and criteria of efficiency of activity of pedagogical staff and the University as a whole system was used. The features of the ideology of the introduction of an effective contract which is not resolved in the legal space issues in the estimation of efficiency of work of high school teachers, the structure and content of the employment contract with the employee in the part of payments of stimulating character to the teachers, especially these payments to heads of departments, deans and Directors of institutes are described
