Abstract: 

The article deals with the formation of the conflict culture among teachers and pupils. It analyzes the phenomenon of "pedagogical conflict", discusses various types of conflicts, factors influencing the conflict behavior of the teacher, teaching conflict resolution stereotypes. Defined Personality characteristics of teachers students, contributing to preventing constructive resolution of teachers conflicts are defined. Showing the necessary conditions of pedagogical conflicts resolution, stresses the need for professional conflict resolution based on innovative pedagogical technologies.
