Estimation of innovative activity of the integrated structures: theoretical and methodological aspects
The article deals with problems of estimation of innovative activity of high schools within the processes of integration of a science and higher education. It is marked, that questions of efficiency of activity of university are connected, first of all, with problems of quality of modern higher education which directly depends on quality of its components - educational, methodical and scientific bases. It is shown that requirements inevitably increase in the modern world in connection with change of a role of knowledge and understanding of competence of the expert, expansion of availability of higher education to maintenance of its quality
