Historiography of military and topographical service of Siberia of XIX – the beginnings of the XXI centuries

Abstract: 

In this article the author considers difficult and multidimensional process of creation in XIX – the beginning of the XXI centuries of historical and publicistic works about activity of military and topographical service in Siberia. The purpose of article is the analysis and the description of the historiographic works devoted to studying of military and topographical service in Siberia. Attempt of the complex analysis of a historiographic field of formation and development of military and topographical service in the Siberian region in XIX – the beginning of the XX centuries is supposed. The main works in each stage of a historiography of a problem, a palette of plots and the questions, interesting authors in this or that time are specified. The author analyses the factors influencing thematic, substantial and sociocultural components of works, devoted to history of military and topographical service of Siberia Again revealed historiographic sources and materials are published in article earlier not used in periodicals. Article represents the first attempt of complex generalization of a historiography of military and topographical service of Siberia by XIX – the beginning of the XXI centuries
