Language realizations cultural universal "way" to Russian and Chinese languages

Article is devoted to studying base universal a way, road and to the description its means of reprecentation in Russian and Chinese cultures in which they are one of the basic and key.
Universal the way, expressing universal (global) knowledge and the unique (national-cultural) information is coded by means of a natural language by means of which probably to receive huge volume of the information on the world, variations in it. Application of the semiotics approach has allowed to see presence concept a way at various levels of the language which has fixed culture old and new, is traditional-national and is intellectual-elite.
The conclusions useful both for the theory of culture, and for cultural studies allow authors to draw an extensive language material of Russian and Chinese languages.
