Abstract: 

The author of the article considers an operational experience of Liceum Number 103 "Harmony" in Zheleznogorsk of Krasnoyarsk region. Results of work of Liceum have developed for many years.
Much attention is given to the basic technologies which arose and developed directly in Liceum and defined its trajectory of development . The technology of separate training is especially allocated. It is marked, that by present time the methodical base is formed for separate training and support of pupils and their families
