The formation of the professional personnel reserve for health system: university aspect
In the article the problems of the professional training for national health system was analyzes and the approximate calculation of the state task for the university to train specialists with higher medical education. It is noted that the availability and quality of medical care directly related to the strengthening of the professional human resources in the industry. An important component of optimizing professional staffing regional health is the active participation of medical universities in addressing the issue of planning for the reproduction of medical professional staff.
In the area of the professional staffing of health system the main problems of shortage of medical personnel, the imbalance in the distribution of medical personnel by type and conditions of rendering of medical aid. In the article was describes the causal relationships of staff shortages in health system that can not be solved only by quantitative intake of students to medical universities.
