Comparison of methods of allocation metagenomic dna from samples of soil
In this paper the authors make review and practical comparison of various methods of extraction metagenomic DNA from soil microorganisms. The choice of a method of extraction of DNA is the important part in carrying out of scientific work with metagenomic samples as all further research activity depends on quality of allocated DNA. The authors compared methods of extraction applied to the gray forest soils of the vicinity of Novosibirsk.
