Socially-psychological and linguistic aspects of functioning professional medical lexicon
In paper the author considers features of functioning of professional and colloquial medical lexicon. Each social institute secures a certain symbolical and in detail-practical space of activity in which the leading part is played by professionals. Professionals distinguish not only specialized preparation and qualification, but also possession of professional language. Professionalisms are so-called informal substitutes, colloquial equivalents of the terms legalized names of special concepts of any science
