In this case the author highlights the fact that the Soviet- Mongolian relations were characterized by a deliberate policy in the sphere of cultural rapprochement between the two nations and a high level of integration, so that in the period in Mongolia has formed a group of intellectuals focused on Russian language . Further notes with some regret that in the democratic changes of the late twentieth century. the country's linguistic situation changed : the fore made English, is considered an international means of communication , then what now we talk about Russia 's dominant position in the educational and cultural space of Mongolia is not necessary. However, the author emphasizes that at the moment, in the apt definition V.G.Kostomarova Academician , Russian language in Mongolia take its rightful place alongside other foreign languages. In the second part of the article the author examines the issues related to ‘interference’ mistakes made by students Mongols while studying Russian language, among which, according to the author , the first place is occupied by the Russian verb occurrences.
