Abstract:

There are investigated the ontological, epistemological and axiological features of foresight "Education 2030". Methodology of the research is based on the semantic and contextual analysis of materials speeches and presentations by the authors of this project – Director Destinations "Young Professionals" Agency for Strategic Initiatives to promote new projects D. Peskov and director of educational programs at the Department of Corporate Education Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
It is shown that the basis of foresight "Education 2030" are exclusively organizational – economic considerations without substantive aspect of the educational process and the trajectory of development of the educational system in Russia in the previous stages.
Foresight "Education 2030" is positioned as a global project in which to create a caste education. In such a caste education one group of people is that group who run and that, including this foresight do. For them, education is seen as a social support process development cycle of human life. And the second caste, the so-called "people of a one button", which should not have the skills to choose, they should only have the competence to use ready services. For the latter category of "people of a one button" become the most important motivator mechanisms of economic and non-economic coercion.
