Regional peculiarities of training teachers for education systems of multicultural regions: Substantiation of the forecasting model

Abstract: 

Introduction. The authors investigate the problem of how initial teacher education is developing in the context of dynamic ethnocultural processes. The purpose of this study is to identify regional peculiarities of preparing prospective teachers for working in education systems of multicultural regions in order to substantiate a forecasting model of the framework program.
Materials and Methods. The research is based on the ideas of system-based and integration-based approaches. The authors use the following methods: content analysis, method of precedents and modeling.
Results. The authors presented the following results: studies conducted by Russian and international researchers on the problems of preparing teachers to work in education systems of multicultural regions are reviewed; regional specifics of educational systems of multicultural regions (Voronezh, Samara and Omsk regions) are revealed and the best regional practices of training teachers to solve professional tasks in the conditions of dynamic ethnocultural processes are described; the forecasting model of the framework program for teacher training in the education system of multicultural regions is presented.
Conclusions. The study concludes about the forecasting model of the framework program for training teachers who would be able to solve professional tasks in the education system of regions with dynamic ethnocultural processes.
