Formation of personality legal culture in the knowledge society: Conceptual foundations
Introduction. The article presents a study on the methodological justification of the formation of personality legal culture in modern conditions of society. The purpose of the article is to determine the foundations of the formation of personality legal culture in the knowledge society.
Materials and Methods. The research methodology is based on general scientific methods of theoretical knowledge, methods of system analysis, comparison and generalization of foreign and Russian studies on the problem of methodological justification of the personality legal culture concept.
Results. The authors determine the axiological foundations for the legal culture development of man and society. The importance of philosophical understanding of legal processes, reflection of legal knowledge on the formation of legal culture is emphasized. The authors are noted that the legal culture, integrating the General cultural and specific legal features of personality development, necessarily reflects the modern features of the development of society. The culture of human rights and the peculiarities of its correlation with the legal culture as a phenomenon of social life are studied. Positive and negative, universal and national factors of legal culture development are revealed. The conditions of formation of personality legal culture in the context of the knowledge society development are determined. Attention is focused on the legal education specifics in modern conditions.
Conclusions. The authors makes conclude about the basic foundations of the formation of personality legal culture in the knowledge society.
