Integration of educational systems and problem of formation of the new person in the higher education

Abstract: 

The paper is concerned with questions of perfection of modern system of Russian education. The author considers those factors which influence development of system of higher education and form it. It is stressed that innovation take strategically important place in modern development of a society, promoting modernization and the accelerated development of a society. Innovations are the basic parameter of competitiveness of development of region and the country as a whole. It is marked, that the basic component of transition to an innovative way of development of a modern society is formation of the person with the developed innovative thinking
