Editorial Board and Editorial Council

The Editorial Board  of the Journal carries out research and organizational policy; is responsible, along with the authors, for the research and theoretical level of the published articles.

Editorial Council of the Journal  is an advisory body, which is created to ensure the high scientific level  of the Journal and its promotion in the domestic and international scientific community (International Editorial Council).

The main tasks of the Editorial Board and  Editorial Council are:

- defining the publishing editorial policy;

- formation of recommendations for the development and improvement of the journal;

- participation in the examination and review of materials.

The Editorial Board and the Editorial Council of the Journal consists of specialists (Candidates of Sciences or Doctors of Sciences) from among Researchers and Educational workers who have made a significant contribution to the development of the research field of knowledge.
