Auxiliary reproductive technologies as a method of increase of birth rate: legal aspects
In the article the author considers the problem of childlessness and a way of its overcoming by means of auxiliary reproductive technologies. The question on reproductive technologies, as a whole, and substitute motherhood, in particular. It is marked, that the decision of problems on reduction of a level of parent and infantile death rate, strengthening of reproductive health of the population, health of children and teenagers includes maintenance of availability and improvement of quality of medical aid on restoration of reproductive health, including auxiliary reproductive technologies
