Long work with personal computers has negative impact on visual system that can lead to decrease both visual, and intellectual working capacity. In this work modern techniques of diagnostics and correction of visual working capacity are presented. During researches it is established that capacity indicators at visual exhaustion are considerably lowered, also revealed correlation interrelations of an index of visual discomfort with capacity indicators, after application of rehabilitation actions is established that audiovisual stimulation influences restoration of psychophysiological functions of processing of visual information more effectively
personal computers, asthenopia, audiovisual stimulation, massage, oftalmotrening
