To the question on communicative social competence

Abstract: 

In paper the author researches the concept «communicative social competence» and the structure and the maintenance of communicative and social competences in their integrative interaction. There are two aspects in structure of communicative social competence as in integrative personal formation: first, display of communicative competence in dialogue and communicative behaviour of the person; secondly, presence of communicative values, needs of the subject for dialogue, i.e. personal features
